Submitting an Order and the Cancellation Window
Placing the order, reviewing the table cart, and utilizing the 60-second grace cancellation window.

Steps
Tap Place Order
Tap the primary "Place Order" button.
A brief confirmation will submit the order directly to the restaurant floor and kitchen.
Understand the cancellation grace period
After placing the order, a full-screen countdown overlay appears showing "Order Sent".
You have a 60-second window where you can tap "Cancel Order" if you placed it by accident or need to change an item. Once the countdown expires (or you tap "Done"), the ticket is locked and sent to the kitchen.
What you should see
The order is transmitted to the waiter and kitchen screens for preparation.
Good to know
- Multiple guests at the same table can place orders from their individual phones; all orders are consolidated onto the table’s active bill.
- If you need to change an order after the cancellation window closes, tap "Call Waiter" to inform your server.
