MesaFlow wants its website, restaurant menus, and service interfaces to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology.
Conformance status
MesaFlow is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the service do not yet fully meet the standard.
What we support
- Browser zoom and text resizing.
- Keyboard access to primary guest ordering controls.
- Visible focus indicators and labelled form controls.
- Reduced-motion preferences across animated interfaces.
- Screen-reader names and status announcements for key actions.
Known limitations
Some complex restaurant-management editors use drag-and-drop or highly visual controls and may not yet provide an equivalent keyboard workflow. Restaurant-provided colours, images, and translated menu content can also vary in accessibility. We are testing and improving these areas.
Feedback and assistance
If you cannot access part of MesaFlow, email hello@mesaflow.app. Please identify the page and describe what you were trying to do. We will provide the information or service through an accessible alternative where reasonably possible.
Preparation of this statement
This statement is based on automated testing and manual source and keyboard review of representative public pages. Further testing with assistive technologies is ongoing.
